Welcome to LUXTOKY (hereinafter referred to as 'the Platform'). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you review these terms regularly.

2. Purchase Terms

Products sold on the Platform are pre-owned designer handbags imported from Japan. Each item is unique. Product descriptions and images aim to accurately reflect the item's condition, though minor differences between the actual item and images may exist.

After placing an order, the Platform will confirm stock with the Japanese supplier within 3 working days. As products come from Japan's pre-owned market with real-time inventory changes, the Platform cannot guarantee availability of all items.

Order prices are as displayed at the time of purchase, inclusive of all taxes and shipping.

3. Payment Terms

The Platform processes all credit card payments through Stripe. At checkout, your credit card will be pre-authorised (temporarily held) but not immediately charged.

Once the Japanese supplier confirms stock, the pre-authorisation is converted to an actual charge. If stock is unavailable or cannot be confirmed within the specified timeframe, the pre-authorisation is automatically released with no charge.

All prices are displayed and settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

4. Shipping Terms

The Platform offers free shipping to all of Hong Kong. After dispatch from Japan, estimated delivery is 7–14 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only. The Platform is not liable for any losses caused by logistics delays. Recipients must sign for delivery in person and inspect items immediately.

5. Return Policy

As products are pre-owned designer handbags shipped directly from Japan, each item is unique. The Platform does not offer returns or exchanges.

If the item received differs significantly from the description, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photos. We will address each case individually.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs and software, is protected by intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or used in any manner without the Platform's written consent. Brand names and trademarks of handbags sold on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform strives to ensure all product information is accurate but does not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Platform or purchase of products.

The Platform is not responsible for the content or services of third-party websites.

8. Amendment of Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
